What is your return policy for IEMs and headphones?
We offer a 14-day return window for unopened and unused products. Due to hygiene reasons, in-ear monitors (IEMs) that have been opened can only be returned if they are found to be defective.
Are taxes and customs duties included in the price?
Prices listed on our store do not include Import Tax or VAT. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties imposed by their country's regulations upon arrival.
